In her professional life, Caz runs two Rise Life franchises, in Southport and Warrington, managing a team of 8. She leads with passion, ensuring her teams deliver exceptional seated sport sessions
In her personal life, Caz is an active member of her local cricket club and hockey club, where she not only participates but also helps to encourage and support other women in sport.
Her dedication to empowering others, combined with her enthusiasm for sport, makes her a perfect fit for this award.
