Nikhil and Sanjay Vadhera are committed to supporting local people to keep mobile and active in the Hounslow and Richmond (plus surrounding) areas. Whether you need activities in a care home, hospice, day centre or schools, we can help.
Our Activity Leaders love sport and the social interaction it brings. Our service is really flexible and we are happy to tailor activities to suit your setting and requirements. We are always happy to have a conversation, either on the phone or in person.

Sanjay has worked in care for over 2 years, primarily specialising in homecare whilst also being the Hounslow Chairman for Alzheimer’s disease and heavily involved in multiple chartities which give back to the local community.

Nikhil is dedicated to the care industry – his role is to develop relationships within the local community and ensure the smooth running of our Rise sessions!
