Seated sports sessions offer an opportunity for those with limited mobility the chance to learn and develop new skills while engaging in competitive sports. With uplifting Rise sessions, Activity Leads bring joy, laughter, and connection to attendees. She’s excited to be making a difference in a new way, bringing energy and enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does. Outside of work, she coaches a Girls U12 rugby team, empowering young players with confidence and teamwork.
