What does the Rise Franchise Recruitment Process involve?

The success of Rise comes down to the strength of our franchise network. For this reason, we have a thorough two-way recruitment process. This ensures that our values and ethos suit you, and vice versa. We believe in quality over quantity – we only recruit those who we believe will become highly successful Franchisees who believe in delivering seated sports at the highest standard, bringing the most benefit possible to our Clients.

Our recruitment process involves:

Step 1: Screening call with a member of the National Office team to find out more about your background and experience and to answer any initial questions you have.

Step 2: Observe a Rise session in Cardiff – this is the best way for you to understand what a Rise session entails. Here you will meet Rob Oyston, Co-founder of Rise and creator of the Rise programmes for a deep dive conversation.

Step 3: Discuss Financial projections with Co-Founder Trevor Brocklebank and Business Support Manager Becky Dymond
