Ram

Ram

Co-Owner

Once a sommelier, Ram now pours his passion into social care. He traded fine wine for a mission to help people, founding a successful, award-winning business that brings joy to the community. At home, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his "twin" boys and a lovable but crazy labrador named Spark.

Christina

Christina

Co-Owner

Christina brings over 20 years of experience in hospitality and the dedication that led her to start a successful home care business. A busy mom to twin boys and married to co-owner Ram, Christina's passion lies in helping others and extending her compassion throughout our community. When she's not working, she loves to travel and enjoys walks with their Labrador, Spark.

Diane

Diane

Community Development Officer

My name is Diane and I took on this role as I love the fact that our sessions engage people with all abilities to be able to participate. From my experience delivering these sessions I have seen members become more active and exercise without realising they are doing so because the sessions are so much FUN! Our sessions promote teamwork and socialising, are filled with laughter and I never underestimate the competitiveness from all that take part including those that at the start of the session may have been reluctant to join in. By the end of every session that I have attended I have seen a room full of smiling faces of people that feel a sense of achievement that have taken part in activities that have promoted not only their physical wellbeing but also their mental wellbeing, it really is a joy to see.

Karen

My name is Karen and I currently work for the NHS. I am a qualified yoga teacher which includes accessible/chair yoga. Having worked in elderly care for several years I am excited to be a part of Rise, a truly inspiring concept. It combines all the values I enjoy working with, fun, creativity and bringing smiles to people’s faces! I’m looking forward to providing fun games to the community.

Stacey

Activity Lead

Hi, I’m Stacey. I have been working in the care industry since the beginning of 2025, which led me to Rise. I have always had a passion for helping people, and I really enjoy seeing the smiles on people’s faces throughout our sessions. Being able to make a positive difference in someone’s day, no matter how small, is what motivates me the most.
