Our Activity Leaders love sport and the social interaction it brings. Our service is really flexible and we are happy to tailor activities to suit your setting and requirement. We are always happy to have a chat, either on the phone or in person.
Ben Selby and his team of activity leaders are passionate about helping people who are not normally able to participate in sports activities, to enjoy the excitement and happiness that competitive sports provides.

Ben has worked in the care sector for over 20 years, working mainly in home care helping people to remain living in their own homes with care and support. Ben has always been passionate about sports, and decided to start Rise Mid and South Cheshire to combine to two passions. As well as delivering Rise Sessions, Ben also manages and focusses on developing the business.

Aoife has previously worked in construction and retail but has always had a passion for sports and is a keen Man Utd fan! After having a health scare of her own meaning she was unable to participate in physical activity for almost a year, she was excited to see the opportunity Rise sports sessions provided people with limited mobility. Aoife focusses on building strong relationships with our existing and prospective Clients and enjoys delivering Rise Sessions, whilst ensuring we consistently provide a first class service.
