Laura Harvey-Smith and her team are committed to supporting local people to keep mobile and active in the Winchester and Southampton area. Whether you need activities in a care home, hospice or specialist educational setting, we can help. We deliver core sports sessions, seated but with adaptions to suit all physical and cognitive abilities.
Our Activity Leaders love sport and the social interaction it brings. Our service is really flexible and we are happy to adapt our sport and activities to suit your setting and requirement. We are always happy to have a chat, either on the phone or in person.

Laura heads up the Rise team in Winchester and Southampton. With a background in Education and Care, she is committed and passionate about making a difference to the loves of those in her community. With a specialism in Demetia and mobility, sessions are designed to be fully inclusive.
