One-to-one Activities

We recognise that some people live with social anxiety, or they have physical or cognitive issues which mean they are unable to engage in group settings). We have developed one-to-one programmes for these individuals and we have seen a hugely positive impact from delivering these sessions in a variety of settings.

In one-to-one sessions, the individual taking part will play against the Activity Lead, or against the clock in a range of seated sports.
