What training and support is provided to new Franchisees?
Our in-depth training includes both theory and practical.
We cover:
- The theory behind Rise programmes and the day-to-day operations of a Rise Franchise
- Finances
- Marketing
- Recruitment
You will also have practical training, including shadowing Rise sessions, with coaching from Rob Oyston, founder and developer of the Rise programme, outlining how to deliver an excellent Rise session.
You will deliver your very own Rise session during the training, in a real-life care home setting, to gain a good understanding of the Activity Leader role for when you begin recruiting and training your own team.
Within your first 12 weeks our support team will come to spend time with you, to coach you on networking and account management.
Once you have been in post for 12 weeks, we will organise refresher training, tailored to your needs.
Throughout your onboarding, you will have weekly touchpoints with your Business Support Manager, who will help to get you up to speed on our processes, ensure your business has everything set up correctly and to support you to grow a healthy and scalable business with us.
